Okay so I will start this blog. Please keep in mind that I have never done this and am pretty clueless when it comes to technology!! Hope to get some great support and ideas from BTWG. Not sure what I have gotten myself into but very sure I would like to lose 30 lbs. and be a good role model to my children, and all children for that matter.
